[Osi-managers] Osi/branches/* set to read-only

Folks,

	I'd nearly forgotten this list existed!
	
	I've set all existing directories under Osi/branches to read-only.
Except for branches/devel, all of these are of historical interest only.  If you
try to commit, you'll get a message along the lines of

svn: CHECKOUT of '/svn/Osi/!svn/ver/973/branches/devel': 403 Forbidden 
(http://www.coin-or.org)

	If this causes problems for anyone, let Matt or I know.
