[OS] OSrL Problem

Hi,

It seems there is a problem with the OSrL files if a linear problem is infeasible. 

I've changed one of the upper bounds of the <COIN-OS-HOME>/OS/data/osil/parincLinear.osil file to generate an infeasible problem.  (Row 24 -> <con name="sewing"  ub="0"/>)

Solving this problem with OSSolverService using the following command:  OSSolverService -osil parincLinear-infeasible.osil -osrl parincLinear-infeasible.osrl leads to the following OSrL file(s): 


OSSolverService (trunk - OS X 10.6.8 - i686-apple-darwin10-gcc-4.2.1)
