[OS] crash with glpk and OSSolverService

Hi Joe:

I downloaded sheet-0-problem.osil and was able to duplicate your 
problem.  I am not sure what the fix is. I have a line of students at my 
door now and a busy day ahead. I will try to look at this tonight.
