 So far:

 I got latest stable version of all third parties manually from
 https://projects.coin-or.org/BuildTools/browser/ThirdParty?order=name and
 using `ADD_FFLAGS=-static-libgcc` and got it compiled successfully without
 HSL.

 Now I am recompiling it with HSL. I am very positive that this be fine as
 well.
