 As I suggested here http://list.coin-
 or.org/pipermail/couenne/2014-April/000392.html you should be able to work
 around this by adding `ADD_FFLAGS=-static-libgcc` to your configure call.

 To clarify, you're working from OS/trunk ?

 The commit that should fix this in configure is here https://projects
 .coin-or.org/BuildTools/changeset/3004 - this change is included in
 BuildTools versions 0.7.10 and later, and any project that has had
 autotools re-run on it since then.
