[Os-project-managers] Updates to OSoL schema

I prepared four use cases, which I attach.

The first shows retrieving stdout from the remote server; the second  
shows how the same request should be ignored for a local solve. The  
third use case shows how specific output can be redirected to specific  
files on a local system, and the last use case shows the dangers of  
allowing the same for a remote system. The fourth use case should  
throw an immediate error, triggered by the java applet.

Let me know if you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions for  
improvement.
