[Os-project-managers] September 22 meeting

Hi Guys:

I believe we are meeting at noon. Here are two agenda items.

1) Default behavior of the Java server if a solver is not specified. It 
currently picks Cbc which causes an error if you  send a nonlinear program.

2) Implementation of OSSolver --- comments from Jun.

Another meeting came up and I have to go downtown. I need to leave about 
1:15 PM.
