I can see your point, but it does not bother me. Seems like the name 
should always go first, and it might look odd for a user to look through 
a set of OSiL files (or OSoL or OSrL) and see different orders. I view 
this header as being like a bibtex reference. It would look weird to see 
a bunch of references where for some the name was first, for others the 
date, for others the journal, etc.

Yes, OSiL, OSrL, and OSoL should be consistent and share.
