[Os-project-managers] Consent agenda item: <item> list in <solverOption> (OSoL.xsd)

Hi guys,

in revision 3709 I committed the addition of an <item> array to OSoL.xsd. (It 
starts at line 468.) Also in that revision is a new attribute "numberOfItems" 
(line 480). To permit backwards compatibility, I made this item optional with a 
default value of 0. The intent is to require this presence of this item if the 
<item> array is not null.

Do you agree to this change?
