[Os-project-managers] Consent agenda item: remove "mult" attribute from Objective (OSiL.xsd)

Hi guys,

looking at implementing mult and incr in OSiL, I found the "mult"  
attribute on the Objective class. It does not make any sense that two  
objectives should agree in everything here, including the array of  
objective coefficients. I propose to remove the attribute "mult".
