Comment:

 The above problems do not exist when compiling with gcc 4.1.0.
 <string.h> has been added as part of Ticket#4.
 The problem in line 86 in AccpmGenMatrix.h does not exist in 4.1.0 and
 requires a copy instead of a reference. It is not considered serious to be
 fixed now, might be in a future version.

 Need more details for the problem in AccpmLASolve.C and Method.C (line
 number, problem description etc.) before the fix is put in place.
