Comment:

 The configure.ac has been modified to include
 LAPACKCPP_DIR/include/lapackpp. This should solve the problem above.

 The original code was assuming that the installation of LAPACK++ is done
 in a local directory (and not a system directory) in which case on
 installation of LAPACK++ all the required headers could be found at
 LAPACKCPP_DIR/include.
