[Multifario] error compiling

Hi,

i've been trying to compile multifario and got the error that multifario.h doesn't exist. If I comment "include <multifario.h>" in src/shputtiff.c, compilation runs until the following error:

PlotfileToDX.o(.text+0x50): In function `main':
src/PlotfileToDX.c:20: undefined reference to `MFPlotfileToDX'

Where can I get this header file?
Is there a list of Linpack routines multifario needs? Or is Lapack sufficient?
