 In v9\BuildTool.vcproj a generic property file ".\coin.vsprops" is
 referenced as inherited property file and as a file but the file is not
 part of the source codes shipped with Cbc-2.8.5. This prevents the
 BuildTools project to be integrated in the Visual Studio solution.

 Either the missing ".\coin.vsprops" should be added to the package or the
 references in the project file are removed.  The latter option seems to
 work in my context.
