 How did you download Clp?  Did you use subversion? If yes, then what
 command you use? Did you use a tarball?  If yes, then what file did you
 download?  With this information I can try to recreate the problem.

 The project files are supposed to find the configall_system.h file in
 directory Coin-Clp\BuildTools\headers.
