[metslib] multiple neighborhood structures

Dear all


we always have something like "mets::local_search<neighborhood>" for
declaring a search which uses particular  neighborhood structure.
I couln't find out how can we actually define multiple type of
neighborhoods and use all/some of them statically/dynamically upon need.

is there any example for example of it?
