[metslib] METSlib

Hello,
is someone is using METSlib right now? What are you using METSlib for?

The library is young, but I've had a lot of private feedback in the
last year and this let me think there is someone working hard with the
framework out there!

If we get enough interesting projects before the end of march I hope
we can manage to have a METSlib session at INFORMS 2010.
