[LaGO] I do not know what file will use to install GAMSlinks in windows Xp

Hi,

 

I am Felipe Castro from Mexico and I am interesting to use GAMS with open
source solvers so I have try to install GAMS links at my computer (windows
XP x86 or x64 and GAMS 23.7) but I does not work, there are many files that
I do not know which use.

 

Can you help me?
