[LaGO] stable version 0.2 released

Dear LaGO developers and users,

I'm proud to start this mailing list by announcing the new stable 
release 0.2 of LaGO. The new features and changes are
- a build system has been setup to simplify the installation of LaGO
- new adaptive quadratic underestimators for nonconvex nonquadratic 
functions are available
- several bugs especially concerning the IPOPT interface have been fixed
- a script for testing your LaGO installation has been added

For information on how to install and use LaGO, please refer to the LaGO 
webpage https://projects.coin-or.org/LaGO .

You are all encouraged to test this new release and report bugs or 
problems either here at the mailing list, or by submitting a new ticket 
at the bug report system.
