[Ipopt] MATLAB R2020 Mex File Issues

I am writing with an issue related to the precompiled Windows IPOPT mex file for use with MATLAB R2020.  I had posted about this issue recently, but none of the suggestions worked.  

Currently MATLAB R2020 will not run the precompiled Windows IPOPT mex file and the OPTI Toolbox mex file does not work either.  Could anyone suggest how to get a working precompiled mex file or provide instructions as to how one might compile a static IPOPT mex file for Windows?
