[Ipopt] IPOPT Problem Representation

Hi all.

i have a nonlinear problem that I would like to solve using Ipopt. I have
the LP format for the problem (attach to this email). I would like to
transform it to use the Ipopt Java API (I am using the JIPOPT adaptor).

I am looking at the example for the Ipopt tool found on the website and
document, and I have a question: What is the jacobian and hessian matrix?

Also, any suggestions for transforming the problem using Ipopt API would be
appreciated.
