[Ipopt] Outer loop vs inner loop

[Chunhua Men]

I assume the "iteration" reported by IPOPT is the accumulated iterations
from inner loop(solve each barrier problem) - is it true? If so, is there
anyway to check outer loop information? Such as when a new outer loop
starts?
