[Ipopt] Trying to run IPOPT C++ example

IpoptApplicationFactory() just calls "new Ipopt::IpoptApplication", so 
you can also call that directly.

The smart pointers are essential, though.
You can use the C-interface wrapper if you don't want to see them.
