[Ipopt] increase Maximum Iterations, through JuMP

Hi,

this list might not be the right place to ask questions specific to the 
JuMP interface.
But https://github.com/JuliaOpt/Ipopt.jl gives some hints on how to pass 
Ipopt options from JuMP to Ipopt.
