[Ipopt] derivative checker

Hi,

I noticed that in my test cases, the number of iterations to converge would
change if I turn on/off the derivative checker. I thought if I turn on the
derivative checker, IPOPT would do some pre-process and it would only get
it slow down, but did not expect to get different number of iterations...
IPOPT sometimes needs more iterations, and sometime needs less iterations
when derivative checker is on - is it normal?
