[Ipopt] Built Successful, but Error in Make Step

We are using, mingw with msys 1.0. I am not sure about the make. Can send you the screenshot of the error if that will help?

We are installing on Windows7 64 bit operating system and tried Ipopt-3.12.4 and Ipopt-3.12.5. Both of them generated the following error in the make step.

   "No rule to make target 'IpDebug.lo', needed by 'libcommon.la<http://libcommon.la>'. Stop"

    Any ideas on how to resolve this error?. Thanks a lot,
