[Ipopt] IPOPT with 0 Iterations

Hello!

I have just a simple question regarding IPOPT! I don't understand why the
initial solution is changed, when setting the maximum number of iterations
to 0? I would assume that the output must be the same as the initial
solution? What do i miss?
