[Ipopt] Compiling IPOPT for MATLAB R2015a on Yosemite

Tony,
I appreciate your help. If you could prepare a patch, I can try it on my
computer to see if it works. We could then include it with IPOPT if you
feel it has been tested sufficiently. In the mean time, I will try your
suggestions. Thanks again.
