[Ipopt] More Mac Mex File Crashes

If you are an academic, you may also want to check out the IPOPT-PARDISO binaries for Mac recently posted at the bottom of the page at http://www.pardiso-project.org/index.php?p=manual. I’ve found them to be significantly faster than the MUMPS-based builds I’ve created in the past.
