[Ipopt] Current stable / release

Hi,

the script that computes the Ipopt-latest(-stable).png is broken (for a 
while already, doesn't seem to be easy to fix).
For this reason, the Ipopt wiki page does not use these anymore, but I 
have no control about the Ipopt.xml, I think.
