[Ipopt] Mac OS-X Mex File Crashes

All,

I have had issues with the Mac versions of the precompiled IPOPT mex files
that are available for download on the IPOPT website.  In particular, these
mex files seem to crash catasrophically with various versions of MATLAB.
These crashes seem to occur most frequently with MATLAB R2013a and beyond.
If anyone has any suggestions as to how to overcome these issues I am
grateful.
