[Ipopt] Problem with Installation of IPOPT for Windows 64 bit/ Matlab Interface

Hi,

I've tried to install IPOPT for Matlab 2013b on Windows 7 64 bit following
exactly the installation described on

http://www.idsc.ethz.ch/Downloads/IPOPT_InstallMatlab/IPOPT_InstallWinMatlab_V0p1.pdf

but infortunally without success.

After entering (see p. 10/13)

make test

I receive the following error

ld returned 1 exit status
[hs071_cpp.exe] Error 1

Although I continued with the installation and built the Matlab interface
(Step 8). I typed

make mexopts

and changed the file mexopts.bat as discribed on p. 12, but after typing

make install

I received an error

there is no link to ipopt.mexw64.

So, I wasn't able to create Matlab MEX file. Do you know perhaps something
about this problem? Could you please help me?
