[Ipopt] Error when configure Ipopt-3.11.0

Hi,
it seems that you called configure only for the Ipopt project directory
Ipopt-3.11.0/Ipopt, but not the base directory Ipopt-3.11.
You could do
sudo ../../configure CXX=g++-4.3 CC=gcc-4.3 F77=gfortran-4.3
or build from Ipopt-3.11.0/build instead of Ipopt-3.11.0/Ipopt/build.
I don't think that adding -fPIC -fexceptions is necessary.
