I first installed the MUMPS package using yum on CentOS, which doesn't include the mpi.h file. After following the instructions under ThirdParty/Mumps, everything works fine now. Thanks so much for the help!

Hi,

the mip.h file is supposed to come with MUMPS, it should be in
ThirdParty/Mumps/MUMPS/libseq/mpi.h. Ipopt's configure should have
picked up the correct compiler flags to include
ThirdParty/Mumps/MUMPS/libseq/ into the include search path.
