[Ipopt] help to use ipopt

Ipopt is the solver engine, GAMS is the interface that let you use such
engine (and many others) from an high-level point of view.
If you don't like gams, you can try other interfaces to ipopt or to other
solver engines.

If you are looking for open source, you may want give a try to Pyomo or
OpenOpt, but they are not documented so extensively like GAMS or AMPL.
