[Ipopt] I can not make IPOPT

Hi,

I
cant not “make” IPOPT, first I download Ipopt ver 3.10.3.tgz
again then download BLAS, LAPACK,  ASL, METIS, and MUMPS via ./get &
MC29 and MA57 run “./configure –with-blas=BUILD
–with-lapack=BUILD
–with-mumps-incdir=”CoinIpopt/Mumps/MUMPS/include”

It's
a part of my final project, I do not know why it does not work
really? 


Also
I have a question too, I have to use JIpopt, do I only need JIpopt
for the compile? if I use precompiled file do I need the installation
of JIpopt? Please guide me. Thanks for your time.
