[Ipopt] A couple of FreeBSD patches

Hello;

FWIW, I spend a while to try to have Ipopt to use
the prepackaged Metis and Mumps .. and failed :(.

In any case I found the scripts to download the
Metis and Mumps distribution tarballs and I taught
them to use "fetch" on FreeBSD. I tested them, of
course, so I would be grateful if you can include
your distribution.

Consider them under Public Domain or any license
that suits your present or future needs.
