[Ipopt] Ipopt + Windows Visual Studio 2010

Hello,

I would like to use Ipopt with Windows Visual Studio 2010. I addition I 
have succesfully followed the README file in the "v8"-folder until the 
last step.
During compilation the Solution-File, I get the following 656 error 
messages in the errorlist and I dont know what I have to do. Directly 
after the compilation I get the error message, that "hs071_cpp.exe" can 
not be started.
Can someone help me?
