[Ipopt] about the time

Hi all,

I have a doubt referred with this functions:

TotalCpuTime();
TotalSysTime();

this functions return a double.
How Can I know if this doubles are represented in seconds, minutes, etc?
Is there any form to convert this values in seconds?
