[Ipopt] compilation error in new HSL lib

Hi everyone,

Trying to compile with the new HSL interface, I get the following error:

make[2]: *** No rule to make target `coinhsl/hsl_ma77/C/hsl_ma77d.h',
needed by `all-am'.  Stop.

such file or directory

make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

There actually is a directory ThirdParty/HSL/coinhsl/hsl_ma77, but no
subdirectory C/ in there.

I used

coinhsl-2011.12.21

Is this outdated?
