[Ipopt] GAMS interface with MC19 and METIS?

Dear all, it is possible to compile a METIS library and link it to IPOPT in
GAMS (using MA57)? 

Also, I had compiled successfully MA27, MA57 and MC19 into a .dll. The
problem is that I can’t use scaling, so I suppose MC19 is not working. Thank
you for your time.
