[Ipopt] Passing dual solution guess

Hello,

How do I pass an initial guess for the dual problem? I tried setting
the option "warm_start_init_point" to "yes" but it doesn't seem to
help, since in my "bool get_starting_point(...)" callback function,
init_lambda is false.
