[Ipopt] Ipopt Exception

Hi,
When I run the algorithm, the ipopt ends with an expection:

This is Ipopt version 3.9.0, running with linear solver ma27.


*** Error using Ipopt Matlab interface: ***
Jacobian must be an m x n sparse matrix with row indices in increasing  
order, where m is the number of constraints and n is the number of  
variables.

Exception of type: IpoptException in file "Unknown File" at line -1:
  Exception message: Unknown Exception caught in Ipopt

Is there anyone knows the reason?
I am using a 64 bit MATLAB on Ubuntu.
