[Ipopt] Link Ipopt with GAMS

I have install GAMSlinks with my GAMS. But I found the Ipopt solver in GAMSlinks is not the current newest version. I want to use the current version of Ipopt in my GAMS. How can I update Ipopt into the current newest version?

One more question, can Ipopt solver be linked with GAMS if we don't use GAMSlinks? i.e. Does Ipopt itself support to link itself with GAMS?
