[Ipopt] Control Ijournalist from C Interface?

Hi,

 I am integrating Ipopt into a bigger software system and we need to have full control over output from the code. We are using a modified version of the Pyipopt wrapper which wraps the C interface so we are limited by the C interface. 

 I would like to control the Ijournalist so that I can stop all outputs to stdout and stderr, if I have to. Is there any way to do that from the C interface? I can't see how.
