[Ipopt] Ipopt warm start (get_starting_point)

Hi,

I think I got the same problem as Rodrigo. Even if I set the
"warm_start_init_point option" to "yes" the Boolean "init_z" in remains
"false" in the "get_starting_point" function and Ipopt breaks down. How
can I use the Ipopt warm start option (C++ Interface)?

Another small question would be: How do I get a value of the "IpoptData"
class within the "finalize_solution" function. More precisely, I would
like to get the current mu ( curr_mu_ ) out of ip_data?

Any help would be very nice.

Regards,
Andre
