[Ipopt] IPOpt: configure fails

Ipopt requires that some Fortran code is linked together with the main 
code that is written in C++.  You should definitely use the same versions 
of the compilers, e.g., gcc, g++ and gfortran all 4.5.0 or so.  That would 
probably fix your problem.
