[Ipopt] Intel Fortran Linker Problems

If you enter the ThirdParty/HSL directory and call the failing command 
with the correct syntax, does it work?  As in

ifort -shared -nofor_main -Xlinker .libs/dummy.o .libs/ma27ad.o 
.libs/mc19ad.o
-soname=libcoinhsl.so.1 -o .libs/libcoinhsl.so.1.2.3
