[Ipopt] about "cygblas-0.dll is missing"

Dear all,

after I installed IPOPT (it should be installed successfully, since all the
tests are passed),
i put ipopt.exe in AMPL, then tried to solve one example with 'solver
ipopt'.
unfortunately, it failed. The error message is:
The program can't start because cygblas-0.dll is missing from your computer.


Howere, i use  'cygcheck',  cygblas-0.dll exists.

$ cygcheck -l liblapack0
/etc/profile.d/lapack0.csh
/etc/profile.d/lapack0.sh
/usr/lib/lapack/cygblas-0.dll
/usr/lib/lapack/cyglapack-0.dll


May someone know this problem?
