[Ipopt] Questions on get_starting_point

Hi all,

I'm having a bit of a problem warmstarting NLPs using the C++ interface.
I've set assert(init_z == true) since I want to make sure that I'm getting
values for the bound multipliers. However, even if I set
warm_start_init_point yes, the above assertion fails. Am I doing the
warmstart right?
